July 1st: the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s birthday.

Party-building Day, that is, the Communist Party of China (CPC) Party-building Day. After the establishment of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on July 23, 1921, under the brutal rule of the reactionary warlord government, it was only in a secret state, and there was no environment for public activities. During the Great Revolution, the Party was busy with the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, carrying out the workers' and peasants' movements and supporting the Northern Expedition, so it was in no condition to commemorate the birth of the Party. Taking July 1st as the birthday anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was put forward by Comrade Mao Zedong in May 1938.

In 1941, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China designated July 1, 1921 as the Party-building Day of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Since then, every year on July 1, the whole party should warmly celebrate the anniversary of the party's birth.
